The category management department of AB Inbev was looking for a new and engaging way to train their managers. We decided to make an interactive Virtual Reality training where managers walk through a store and check the placement of products in store shelves.
After every scene they have to answers some questions and the trainer can follow the trainees progression. In the end every manager gets a score and sees where he or she can improve their skills.
The reaction of the dutch department was very good and this is why AB Inbev decided to also make a French version.
